You and your spouse, if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120minute timeshare
sales presentation with the Offering Developer and meet the eligibility requirements identified
below. Non-Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is available to individuals meet eligibility
requirements who are 25 or older with full-time employment or 60+ and fully retired.
General Eligibility: You, and your spouse if applicable, must be able to read, write, and speak
English or Spanish. Guests who are showing signs of intoxication that may impair their decision
making may not attend the presentation. Please bring a valid photo ID and a major credit card
to check-in at your presentation. For U.S. residents please bring a valid U.S. government issued
photo ID. International guests please bring a valid passport.
Restrictions and Limitations: Reservations are subject to availability. Normal travel expenses
such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees and room incidentals are not
included. Nightly room taxes are due at time of booking or arrival and my subject to change.
Groups are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer
cannot be combined with any other offer. Packages have No Expiration date.

Cancellation Policy If you cancel your order within the first 24 hours, there will be no additional
cost and you will receive a full refund. However, if you decide to cancel after you have up to 5
business days, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied on the value of your purchase. Sale
presentation is part of the package if you fail or miss your appointment, we deserve the rights
to charge full price of the package $599. It is important to read and understand this policy
before making a purchase to avoid surprises or misunderstandings.
